Our older children will continue in our Rotation Style Sunday School that speaks to a wide variety of learning styles by helping the children experience the story in Art, Media & Movies, Games & Activities, Food for Thought, and Storytelling. We present the same story in a different format over the course of several weeks. This helps the children learn the stories based on the method that truly speaks to their style. It also helps marinate the children in the great stories of our faith so that they may draw on them throughout life. ??This year our topics are:
August 14 – September 18: Joseph
September 25 – October 30: Jonah
November 6 – December 11: King David
January 18 – February 12: Psalms
February 19 – March 25: Last Supper and the Eucharist
April 25 – May 20: Jesus’ Ascension
We will have individual classes for children in various age ranges. All meet on the third floor above the church offices and move from that gathering point.
